A Carmi man was arrested Wednesday on charges of disorderly conduct and being a pedestrian under the influence of alcohol/drugs. Police were contacted by Jefferson Attendance Center around 1:56 PM Wednesday to report and intoxicated individual yelling at students at the school. 34 year old Josiah Thompson Griffin of 707 N. Seventh Street, Carmi was taken the White County Jail where he bonded out to $100.
