A pair of Norris City men are behind bars following a search warrant detail conducted by the Carmi Police Internet Crimes Against Children, Norris City Police, and White County Sheriff’s officials. It was just after 8:30am when law enforcement descended on the Locust Street home of 19-year-old Joshua Walters. He’s being charged with Sexual Exploitation of a Child and Child Pornography. About two hours prior, officers were conducting a search warrant detail at another Locust Street residence. There, they arrested 23-year-old Isaac Anderson on a warrant for Leaving the Scene of an Accident. Carmi Police say the investigation into Anderson is ongoing and more charges are expected.
