Hamilton Memorial Hospital district is pleased to welcome Heather Mitchell-Johnson, MSN, AGACNP-BC to the McLeansboro Family Clinic, where she will began seeing patients December 5th.
Adult and geriatric acute care nurse practitioner, Heather is board certified with 6 years of medical experience. While Heather is new to the McLeansboro Family Clinic, she is well-known in the community as a Hamilton County Senior High graduate and a hometown girl.
“Getting back to my roots and serving my community has always been one of my career goals,” stated Heather, “Hamilton Memorial is going to be a great place to do that.”
Heather Mitchell-Johnson will continue to add to the hospital’s commitment of providing the “care you need, when and where you need it – close to home.”

Heather’s hours at the Hamilton Memorial McLeansboro Family Clinic will be Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Her practice will include Medicare yearly wellness visits, adult care, laceration treatments and minor procedures.
