On August 5, 2019 at approximately 9:47am, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office & McLeansboro Police responded to a report of a single vehicle accident of a pickup truck on its roof along county road 1000N. Upon arrival, witnesses reported to Law Enforcement that a young male & female ran east from the crash site to a nearby farm & gave a detailed description of the two. After an extensive search of the property located at 10998 county road 1000N the two subjects were spotted walking east through a soybean field. After commands to stop, the two continued to run east towards a tree line & tall grass. After a brief foot pursuit, Keith Redmon Jr. age 24 of Anna & Desiree Dunning age 22 of Johnston City were taken into custody without incident. Continued investigation revealed that the vehicle involved in the accident was stolen out of New Burnside Illinois. Both are currently housed in the White County Jail charged with possession of a stolen vehicle.
