Hamilton County Board Meeting Tuesday
The Hamilton County Board of Trustees will meet for what will likely be a very long meeting tonight (tues) as the meeting agenda is almost five pages long.
While some of the agenda items are routine there are a number of items that will likely take some time including a report from Mark Becker, supervisor of assessments with an update on the Hamilton Wayne County’s Enterprise Zone joint application.
Central dispatching costs between Hamilton County and the City of McLeansboro will be covered, along with a number of appointments including Willie Grubb and Tom Martello to the ETSB Board.
Adam Zimmerman is expected to be appointed to fill an unexpired term of Don Cox.
Monica Tucker and Jerry Prince will be appointed to the Illinois South Tourism Board.
The county’s revolving loan fund, summer nutrition program and a reimbursement from the United Counties Council will be visited.
There will also be an update from Hamilton County Coal.
