GWRPC is looking for photos that showcase our region. The photos will be featured in the region’s economic development plan. The ideal photo will capture the region’s unique assets (including but not limited to natural resources, business & industry, historic sites, and/or infrastructure)
What do you feel is unique about your town? If someone from another state or country asked what is important about your region, what would you show them?
CONTEST RULES:
1. All photos must be submitted via the GWRPC Instagram account.
2. All photos must be original and must have been taken within the GWRPC region (Edwards, Crawford, Lawrence, Richland, Wabash, Wayne or White Counties in Illinois)
3. For a picture to qualify, one much tag @gwrpc7 in the picture
4. Follow our Instagram account – @gwrpc7
5. Caption on the photo must have #mytown and #gwrpc. Also, list the location as well as a caption for why it is a unique asset. (example below)
6. All photos must be received by May 1, 2017.
GWRPC staff will issue 1st and 2nd prizes as well as numerous honorable mentions. The winning photos will be featured in the 2017 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy as well as the GWRPC social media accounts and Website.
