On Tuesday evening, 26 year old Jessica Bratcher of Grayville surrendered at the White County Sheriff’s Department on a White County warrant for failure to appear on charges of theft and possession of stolen property.
Bratcher was processed at the White County Jail at 5 pm, and was later released after posting a $500 bond.
