Carmi Police arrested 34 year old Jennifer Stull of Grayville Monday night after observing her in a vehicle on 5th Street. Stull was wanted on a White County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of retail theft and was taken into custody just before 9 pm. She was transported to the White County Jail and was being held pending the posting of a $300 bond.
