In White County Court Monday, 28 year old John Kissee of Grayville was sentenced to two years in prison on a charge of theft according to States Attorney Denton Aud.
Additionally, Kissee was ordered to pay all mandatory fines, fees, costs, and assessments as well as make restitution to his victim. After incarceration, Kissee will be under mandatory supervised release for one year. Kissee was a participant in the Drug Court program, but that probation was revoked with the new sentence from Judge T. Scott Webb.
Kissee was represented by Public Defender Brian Shinkle.
