The City of Grayville has a long list of items to work on Monday at their City Council meeting. Adam Allen will represent the White County Ambulance Service and will kick off the meeting. Sheila Cooper is once again expected to address council and request a liquor license. Wednesday evening, Albion and Grayville officials got together to talk about the potential of a partnership in building a new water treatment plant. We expect an update Monday night.
Council will continue their discussion on the time clock system. Furthermore, First Christian Church has a request for TIF funds, as does Rick’s Ashland and council will consider using TIF funds to reseal a downtown parking lot. Additionally, council will look at the purchase of Dewatering bags. A google search describes dewatering bags as an easy and economical option for removing sediments and silt.
