Grayville Council will Meet Monday
The Grayville City Council will meet Monday evening for a fairly full agenda.
The meeting, beginning at 7 p.m., will include a request from the Grayville Community Arts Association to block off downtown for the October 27 Boo Bash, a Halloween celebration.
Fire pits at the Hilltop Campground and ADA accessible parking for the horseshoe pits will be considered. There will be discussion on the water filtration, but it was not clear if that requires any action. The Grayville alderman will also be asked to vacate a portion of Silver street and also to approve an agreement with Ameren for use of some city property.
The alderman will be reminded the Grayville Chamber of Commerce dinner is set for September 20 and September 18 is the first day to circulate petitions for next spring’s municipal elections.
