FAIRFIELD MEMORIAL HOSPITAL HORIZON HEALTHCARE GRAYVILLE CLINIC OPEN HOUSE
Fairfield Memorial Hospital is cordially inviting the public to join them for an Open House for the new Horizon Healthcare Grayville Clinic to be held on Wednesday, October 10th from Noon to 4:00pm. Visitors will be able to tour our newly renovated, modern, comfortable exam rooms and meet the staff that are working at the Grayville Clinic. Light refreshments will be served. We will also be giving away several door prizes and one grand prize for a lucky winner. The drawings for the door prizes and grand prize will be held at 4pm but you do not have to be present to win.

FMH’s Horizon Healthcare Grayville Clinic will be open Monday-Friday, from 9:00am-5:00pm. Appointments can be made by calling 618-842-4617. Walk-ins are also welcome. Patients will also be able to have their outpatient lab work performed at the Clinic even if they do not see a provider at the Grayville Clinic. The Grayville Clinic will be offering the same level of excellence that we have strived to provide at both the Fairfield and Cisne Clinics. Services that we will provide include acute, chronic, and preventative office visits, minor foot care procedures, minor lacerations/suturing, joint injections, routine women’s health exams, DOT testing, and more. The Clinic is next to Meadowood Nursing Home located at 319 West Commerce Street, Grayville, IL 62844.
