The Grayville City Council will meet Monday night at 7:00 PM. Old business will include the demolition of abandoned properties, Ordinance No. 879 Tax Levy, Ordinance No. 880 Tax Levy Abatement, Ordinance No. 881 amending the Liquor Code, the Water Tower Maintenance Contract, the Grayville Days Committe, the amendment to Chapter 55 Utility System Hook-Up Fees for Theft of Services fine increase to $250.000, TIF #2 developer’s agreement with McPherson Development, an Ordinance for Collection of Municipal Ordinance Violations, bicycle registration, and they will revisit dumpster fees. New Business will include discussion of the White County Dispatch Agreement, an easement request from Fischer & Fischer, LLC, the speed limit on IL Route 1 (South), and the Grayville City Council Christmas Party. There will also be an executive session to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of employees of the Police Department, a discussion of Security procedures and use of personnel and equipment to respond to an actual, a threatened, or a reasonable potential danger to the safety of employees, students, staff, the public or public property, and Litigation, pending, probable or imminent. Council will also set a Special Meeting date of Monday, December 2, at 7:00 PM. There will also be reports from the Utility Manager, City Attorney, Commissioners, and the Mayor.
