The Grayville City Council will meet Monday at 7:00 p.m. Old business will include the demolition of abandoned properties, amending the Zoning Code, and the City’s website. New business will include a request from the Friends of Grayville to have fundraisers, a request from Moose Lodge 1960 for Special Event Licenses, discussion from Andi Ford regarding Grayville Community Arts Association (GCAA) Arts Camp, discussion from Doug Ford regarding Park Restoration Project (PREP), a request for property I-64 Plaza and TIF Agreement, a request for Revolving Loan Funding, USDA Rural Development Grant Agreement, an Illinois Department of Commerce Community Development Block Grant, approval of a Professional Services Agreement with Milano-Grunloh, discussion of the Police Department roof, weight limits on city streets, dumpster fees, and downtown stage procedures. There will also be reports from the Mayor, the Treasurer, Utility Manager, City Attorney, and Commissioners. An Executive Session will also be held.
