Four arrested in Saline County

An Eldorado woman was arrested on a warrant for violation of an order of protection, but the arrest led to additional charges, Wednesday afternoon. On Wednesday, November 29, 2017; Saline County Deputy Mike Casteel observed Molli J. Holcomb, 30, of Eldorado, in the Kroger parking lot in Harrisburg. Holcomb was wanted for a Violation of an Order of Protection. As Deputy Casteel placed Holcomb under arrest, she began to resist Deputy Casteel and struck the deputy. Once Holcomb arrived at the Saline County Detention Center she struck Deputy Casteel again. Holcomb remains in the Saline County Detention Center on the following charges: Violation of an Order of Protection Resisting a Peace Officer Aggravated Battery of a Police Officer (3 Counts)

On Tuesday two people were arrested at the Saline County Courthouse by the Saline County Sheriff’s Office.

Roy Eugene Hughes, 55, of Harrisburg for Failure To Appear for a preliminary hearing regarding Theft Under $500. Hughes posted $575 bond and was released.

L’Erin C Ragon, 35, of Harrisburg for Failure To Appear for on a charge of Driving While Suspended. Ragon posted $575 bond and was released.

On Thursday, November 30, 2017, a tip lead Saline County deputies to the location of Amber D. Brandt, 27, of Harrisburg. Brandt was wanted on a warrant for Violation of Violent Offender Against Youth Registration Act. During a recent sex offender compliance check conducted by the Saline County Sheriff’s Office, it was ascertained, that Brandt had not been living where she was registered. A warrant was issued for her arrest. Brandt was taken to the Saline County Detention Center
