Football Pairings
The IHSA football playoff pairings were announced this weekend.
Fairfield was seeded third in the southern half of the Class 3-A bracket and will host Newton in the first round of play. The time and date have not been set yet, but it will be either Friday or Saturday. The winner will then play DuQuion or Williamsville.
In Class 1-A, Edwards County will play Madison in the first round. The winner will then play the Central A&M/ Bridgeport (red Hill) winner.
