Every month, Fairfield Memorial Hospital honors an employee who has demonstrated exceptional patient care.
Erin Phillips RN, who is a nurse on our Skilled Care Unit, has been named the May Employee of the Month. Erin was nominated by her co-workers for her positive attitude and work ethic. She has a caring heart that is often very comforting to our patients and their families during very difficult times.
“Erin is very dedicated to our Skilled Care Unit. She provides quality care to the patients she cares for in the department. Erin works midnights and days to help cover shifts that are needed to be filled. She goes above and beyond for her patients to make sure every need of theirs is met.” stated Mariah Minor RN, Skilled Care Unit Manager.
