Each month Fairfield Memorial Hospital honors an employee who has exemplified exceptional patient care and customer service internally and externally.

In March, Keyna Warren, who works in the Human Resource Department, was named Employee of the Month. Keyna has been with Fairfield Memorial Hospital for the past 7 years. She is extremely committed to the facility and consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty to help in various roles and responsibilities. Her peers describe her as someone who is kind, friendly, and genuine. She is a wonderful person with a huge heart. She has a great sense of humor and always has a smile on her face. Keyna is known as someone who is willing to volunteer for extra tasks and gracefully accepts challenges no matter how difficult or complex it may be.
“Keyna brings a passion to help others each day to work with her. Each person that comes into the Human Resource office is met with a kind and warm smile and a friendly greeting. We are very lucky to have someone like Keyna to introduce our new employees to our organization.
