Each month, Fairfield Memorial Hospital honors an employee who has exemplified exceptional patient care and customer service internally and externally.
In April, Ashley Hess, who works in Accounts Payable, was named Employee of the Month. Ashley has been with Fairfield Memorial Hospital since 2016. Her enthusiasm and willingness to take on any task assigned to her is an asset to the Finance Department and to our organization.
“Ashley is dedicated and hardworking. She does her job with a positive attitude and cares about performing quality work. She has made several suggestions that have improved the processes in the department. Ashley is quick to volunteer at the various community events that the hospital is involved in and helps other departments when asked.” stated Amy Marsh, Chief Financial Officer.
