Fairfield Memorial Hospital will be celebrating Horizon Healthcare Grayville Medical Clinic’s One Year Anniversary on October 23rd. The celebration will be held from 2pm to 5pm at the FMH Horizon Healthcare Grayville Clinic, which is located at 319 W Commerce Street in Grayville, Illinois.
FMH Administration would like to invite the public to join our staff for this celebration. During the celebration, visitors will be able to tour their modern, comfortable exam rooms and meet the staff that work at the Grayville Clinic. Light refreshments will be served. We will also be giving away several door prizes from local businesses and one grand prize for a lucky winner. The drawings for the door prizes and grand prizes will be held at 5pm but you do not have to be present to win.
