FMH PRESENTS
APRIL EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
Fairfield Memorial Hospital honors employees monthly for providing extraordinary patient care and customer services within and outside of the Hospital.
Shana Downen CNA, who works in the FMH Purchasing Department, has been selected as the April Employee of the Month. Shana has been with Fairfield Memorial Hospital since April of 2015. Shana always has a positive attitude. She is organized, dedicated, and wants the best for our patients. Shana is a team player and has shown this by being willing to work extra in other departments, to include Skilled Care, whenever a need arises.
“I am very proud to present this award to Shana. She works hard and always gives her job 100%. She understands how important her job is and looks for opportunities and offers suggestions to help improve the service in her department.” stated FMH Director of Purchasing, Stacy Blaine.
“Fairfield Memorial Hospital’s Purchasing Department works very diligently in making sure we have supplies and equipment up to the highest standards here at FMH and ensures each department is never without these materials. Shana is a versatile employee who has shown hard work in the Purchasing Department and puts forth the extra effort to help wherever there is a need. We are very proud to have Shana as a member of our Team of Excellence here at Fairfield Memorial Hospital.” stated FMH CEO, Katherine Bunting-Williams Ph.D.
