Therefore, patients can present their Medi-Share cards when registering for services at both registration desks.

Fairfield Memorial Hospital & Horizon Healthcare’s Business Office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., and is located in the Mattie B. Rinard Building, which is easily accessible from the main entrance of the FMH Medical Arts Complex.
