Following an investigation into stolen property that turned up drugs and drug processing equipment, Gallatin County law enforcement arrested four individuals last week, and a fifth person Tuesday night.
On the night of Thursday, November 2nd into the early hours of November 3rd, officers from the Gallatin County Sheriff’s Department, Shawneetown Police Department, and Ridgeway Police Department executed search warrants at a home in Shawneetown. There they took 29 year old Erica Wilson and 36 year old Jason Patton into custody after finding several stolen items, drugs, and drug producing items.
Wilson has been charged with theft and possession of stolen property. Patton was charged with possession of cannabis based product manufacturing equipment, felony possession of cannabis, and possession of ammunition by a felon.
A search of a home in Ridgeway resulted in the arrest of 30 year old Alexander Fillingim and 39 year old Rachelle Forrester after more stolen property was found there. Fillingim was charged with burglary, felony theft, and possession of methamphetamine. Forrester is facing charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of stolen property.
A fifth suspect, Austin Perrone, was arrested Tuesday night. A warrant for his arrest was issued Monday on charges of burglary and felony theft. All five are being held at the White County Jail.
