32 year old Carmi resident, Logan D. Fisk, was arrested by Carmi Police Tuesday night on a White County Warrant for Failure to Appear. He was additionally charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Meth, Possession of Meth, Use of Property to Violate the Meth Control Act, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Cannabis 10g – 30g, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Hypodermic Syringes. He is currently jailed at the White County Jail on a $1,000 cash bond on the warrant and no bond on the new charges.
