Evansville Man Going to Prison
White County State’s Attorney Denton Aud, reported an Evansville man will be spending the next four years in an Illinois Prison after he was found guilty of retail theft and sentenced in White County Court Wednesday morning.
Kyle Frazier, 30 was found guilty of retail theft, a class two felony and sentenced to four years and two years mandatory supervised release, (what we used to call parole.)
Frazier will also have to pay restitution and court costs.
The Carmi Police Department was the investigating agency.
