Evansville Man Going to Prison.
An Evansville man was sentenced to three years for retail theft Monday in White County Court.
Denton Aud, state’s attorney said James R. Lowe, 38, Evansville was sentenced to the Department of Corrections for a three year term, with two years of mandatory supervised release (parole).
Lowe was also ordered to pay court costs and restitution. Carmi Police Department was the investigating agency.
He was represented by Public Defender Brian Shinkle. Judge T. Scott Webb was the presiding judge.
