Erin Fields has been named the March Employee of the Month. Erin joined the Pain Center of Fairfield Memorial Hospital as Clinic Coordinator, in April 2015, and her role has developed and expanded over time. Erin approaches patients, physicians, and co-workers with an open and friendly attitude. She enjoys problem-solving and helping others as she collaborates with multiple departments in her role. There never goes a moment when she is not offering a helping hand by volunteering her assistance immediately upon seeing a need. Erin works cheerfully in areas even outside her department when her skills are needed. Erin’s support of all in the organization is noticed and backed up with her actions. She exemplifies the characteristics of a model employee.
“Erin is an employee who has a great deal of passion for serving others and strives for excellence in customer service. She works extremely well with her peers and successfully manages a busy schedule daily. Not only is she a valuable asset to the Pain Center, due to her great communication and organizational skills, but she also makes the work environment a more enjoyable place. Erin has a wonderful personality and maintains a positive attitude. I am very proud of and appreciate all the hard work she has shown to this organization,” stated FMH Chief Executive Officer, Katherine Bunting-Williams, Ph.D.
