In Gallatin County Court on Wednesday, 45 year old Jackie Ray Endicott pled guilty to one count of failure to report a sex offender change of address, according to States Attorney Douglas Dyhrkopp. 
Endicott failed to change his address when he moved to Eldorado from Shawneetown. He was found guilty of the same offense in 2005 in Saline County.
Endicott was sentenced to three years in Illinois Department of Corrections custody and will be under mandatory supervised release for two years following his prison term.
The case was investigated by Illinois State Police Zone 7 Investigations, the Shawneetown Police Department, and the Gallatin County Sheriff’s Department.
