Carmi Police arrested 40 year old Paul Seagraves of Eldorado Wednesday afternoon on charges of domestic battery, criminal damage to property, and unlawful use of a weapon after he was accused of striking a woman in the arm with a tazer gun and breaking a window out of her vehicle.
Seagraves was taken into custody at 3 pm on Stevans Street and transported to the White County Jail where he is being held without bond pending a court hearing.
