The CWCHS junior class is holding the “Pig Out and Beef Up” Raffle to raise money for their Prom and senior trip. Four quarters of beef and two halves of a hog will be raffled. The drawing will be held on Tuesday, October 17.
Juniors will be selling tickets through Sunday, October 15. If you would like to buy a ticket, contact the high school by calling 382-4661. Tickets will also be sold at home football games. Tickets are just $10, and ticket buyers can choose between the pork raffle and beef raffle. One does not have to be present to win.
Wes and Lacy Harms donated the hog, Brent Edwards donated the cow, and Bruce Fechtig of Enfield Packing Plant processed the meat at no cost to the class.
