School Board Meeting Tonight
The Carmi White County Unit Five School Board will meet in regular session this evening (mon) beginning at 7 at the Jefferson Attendance Center’s new building for what appears to be a full agenda.
The school board will cover junior and senior high school handbooks; a consolidated district plan; asphalt maintenance bids, a request to seek vehicle bids, and a closed session to cover a number of items including consideration and possible action on a special ed teacher at Brownsville; a first grade teacher, an elementary RL at Jefferson, a special ed bus driver, a junior high school assistant softball coach and a part time junior senior dean of students, and part time high school teacher.
The Unit Five School board normally meets the third Monday of each month.
