Crossville Police performed a traffic stop on Winkler Street in Crossville Friday night around 11:12 pm. Two of the four people in the vehicle were wanted on warrants. Arrested at the scene were Sheena Garrett of Crossville on a Wayne County Failure to Appear Warrant for Possession of Methamphetamine, and Stephen Lofton of Carmi on a Coles County Failure to Appear Warrant for Possession of Methamphetamine. Garrett’s bond was set at $500 cash. Lofton’s bond was set at $5,000 cash. Both were transported to the White County Jail where they are being held. Crossville Police were assisted on the traffic stop and arrests by the Grayville Police Department.
