A Crossville man is free following his arrest early this (Friday) morning. It was just before 1:30am when Carmi Police say they pulled over 24-year-old Timothy Martisko of Hammill Street at Rock Bottom. There, they found him driving on a cancelled drivers license and in possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle by driver. Following booking, Martisko was released just after 2am with a Notice to Appear.
