35 year old Steven Linder of Crossville was arrested by the White County Sheriff’s Department Wednesday at his residence on a White County warrant for failure to register as a sex offender. Officers took Linder into custody just before 4pm.
While at the residence, several items of drug paraphernalia were seen in plain view, and a small plastic bag tested positive for methamphetamine.
Linder was additionally charged with possession of methamphetamine and was transported to the White County Jail. He is being held without bond pending a court hearing.
