33 year old Derek Randolph of Crossville has a first appearance with Judge Tedeschi coming up following his arrest by Crossville Police. According to the police report, Randolph was pulled over this week and placed under arrest for driving on a suspended license on Hamill Street. Randolph posted the $250 cash bond required for his release on scene and never stepped foot in the White County Jail. He will be expected to show up in White County Court September 26th.
