Corn Day King and Queen
Saturday afternoon, the 2018 Corn Day king and Queen were crowned and this year’s royalty are Queen Caitin South and King Gia Berekashvilli.
Caitlin is a ten year member of the Enfield Blue Ribbon 4-H Club and the daughter of Gene and Angelia South of Enfield.
Gia is an eight year member of the Mad Hatters 4-H Club and the son of Giorgi and Valarie Berekashvili of Carmi.
The other queen candidates were Laney Cawthron, Payton Dixon, Isabelle Bryant, and Samantha Stallings.
The other king candidates were Nate Garner, Lane Buchanan, and Cody Nausley.
The retiring king and queen were Olivia Bohleber and Kaden Carter.
