At 9:15 pm Monday, 34 year old Jennifer Adcock of Carmi surrendered at the Carmi Police Department on a Hamilton County warrant for failure to appear on a methamphetamine possession charge. Adcock was turned over to White County Jail personnel, and was later released after posting a $300 bond.
