In Hamilton County Court on Thursday, 43 year old Heather Browning of Carmi was sentenced to four years in prison after pleading guilty to a charge of burglary according to States Attorney Justin Hood.
Browning was originally placed on probation on the charge in 2015 in Hamilton County, but that was revoked after Browning committed a burglary in White County in October 2016. Browning was sentenced to four years in prison in White County Court on that charge on January 10th. The two sentences will run concurrently.
In addition, Browning will be under mandatory supervised release for two years following incarceration and was ordered to pay all mandatory fines, fees, costs, and assessments.
