Carmi White County School Board Meeting Tonight
The Carmi White County School Board will meet for the last of its 2018 meetings this evening at 7 at the Jefferson Attendance Center for a fairly full agenda.
The school board will look at the sale of used vehicles as well as look a vehicle bid.
There will be revision of board policies, covering such items as insufficient fund checks and debt recovery; safety, hiring process and criteria; staff development programs; substitute teachers, the school year calendar, curriculum content and other policies.
The board will also look at the levy hearing and likely adopt the levy for tax year 2018.
Workmen’s compensation will be addressed and a closed door session will consider a Brownsville Special Olympics volunteer and other building volunteers.
