More than 14% of White County lives below the poverty line and some of those less fortunate are children. The Hadi Shriners, with help from sponsors have made it possible for the 4th year in a row to provide the Carmi school system with free tickets to the event. Lance Yearby, on behalf of the Shriners says, “this is so all kids have the opportunity to enjoy the circus. Yearby presented the tickets to Principal Amy Dixon.
