32 year old Stanley Griffin of Carmi was arrested Tuesday night by Carmi officers after they stopped him for driving a three wheeler on East Main Street. Griffin was taken into custody just after 7 pm for driving on a revoked license, and was also found to be wanted on a White County warrant for failure to appear.
Griffin was transported to the White County Jail, where he is being held on a total bond amount of $650. He also was cited for operating an ATV on a city street.
34 year old James Easton of New Harmony, Indiana was arrested by Carmi Police just before 11 pm Tuesday on a White County warrant for criminal damage to property. Easton was taken into custody at a residence at 801 Sycamore Street and taken to the White County Jail, where he was processed and released after posting a $150 bond.
