35 year old Dacey Rogers of Carrier Mills turned herself in at the Carmi Police Department Tuesday evening on a White County warrant for unlawful acquisition of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Rogers was transferred to the White County Jail, and was later released after posting a $1500 bond.
At 7:22 pm Tuesday, Carmi Police arrested 55 year old Mark Johnson of Carmi following a traffic stop at Burrell and Gilpin Streets. Johnson was charged with driving on a suspended license and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Johnson was transported to the White County Jail, and is being held in lieu of a $150 bond.
