Carmi Police arrested 25 year old Rasheem Jemine of Carmi early Wednesday morning following a traffic stop on Oak Street. Jemine was taken into custody at 12:17 am for driving on a suspended license and was transported to the White County Jail. He was later released after posting a $150 bond.
