Friday afternoon, Carmi Police arrested 26 year old Richard Cullison of Crossville while he was doing community service on a White County warrant for criminal damage to property. Cullison was transported to the White County Jail, and was later released after posting a $150 bond.
At 4:44 pm Friday, 34 year old Amber Newman of Carmi was arrested at her residence on 4th Street on a White County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving while license suspended. Newman was taken to the White County Jail and later released on a $500 bond.
Friday afternoon just after 5 pm, Carmi officers arrested 23 year old Bryan Stacey of Carmi at his residence on Oak Street on a White County warrant for domestic battery and disorderly conduct. Stacey is being held at the White County Jail in lieu of a $750 bond.
35 year old Christina Ballard and 27 year old James Belka were arrested by Carmi Police at their residence on Seventh Street Friday at 5:41 pm. Belka is being held at the White County Jail in lieu of a $7500 bond. Ballard was charged with obstruction of justice and was released after posting a $150 bond.
22 year old Dalton Miller of Grayville surrendered at the Carmi Police Department just after 2 am Saturday on a White County warrant for criminal damage to property. He was released after posting a $150 bond.
Sunday night, 36 year old Monica Swaggirt of Equality was arrested following a traffic stop on Main Street for driving on a suspended license. A search of her billfold turned up three methylphenidate hydrochloride pills, and Swaggirt was additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance. She is being held at the White County Jail pending a court hearing.
