Carmi Police Make Meth Arrest
Carmi City Police arrested 30 year old Joseph Levi Jordan, of 406 We. Main Street, Crossville, Thursday afternoon, on multiple charges, including possession of methamphetamine.
Jordan was stopped in the Rock Bottom parking lot and cited for no insurance and for displaying an unauthorized license plate on his vehicle. Jordan was additionally charged with possession an unassigned vehicle title and possession of methamphetamine.
Bond on the various charges totaled $4000. Jordan remained in custody Friday morning.
Carmi police also reported the arrest of William S. Mitchell, 52 of 402 James Ave, Carmi.
Mitchell turned himself in early Friday morning on a Saline County warrant for failure to appear on a disorderly conduct charge. Bail was set at $200, and Mitchell remained in custody at mid-morning Friday
