Carmi Police arrested a 13 year old male juvenile early Sunday morning for a curfew violation. The juvenile was spotted walking from 7th Street onto the rear parking lot at the high school. He was taken into custody at 12:31 am and was released to the custody of his mother.
Tuesday morning, Carmi Police arrested 23 year old Anna Grant of Carmi at the Carmi Motel. Grant was taken into custody at 2:07 am on a White County warrant for failure to appear on charges of aggravated battery and theft of stolen property. Grant is being held at the White County Jail in lieu of a $575 bond.
