37 year old Kendra L. O’Brien of 219 Steven Street Apartment F in Carmi, was arrested by Carmi Police Tuesday night around 9:15 p.m. on a White County Warrant for Criminal Trespass to Real Property. O’Brien is already facing Possession of Methamphetamine charges dating back to September of this year. She was taken to the White County Jail where she bonded out to $250 cash.
Mark L. Welty, 57 of 307 Walnut Street in Carmi was cited by Carmi Police Tuesday night around 11:05 p.m. near Terrell Electric for Possession of Cannabis.
