Carmi Police took a theft report for Rosa Brown Saturday morning, who reported that overnight, someone stole a red and black Next bicycle from her garage at 508 5th Street.
Early Sunday morning, Carmi Police arrested three Evansville, IN residents on methamphetamine offences following a traffic stop on West Main Street near Commerce Street. 38 year old Angela Bartley, 35 year old Cody Houston, and 26 year old Hannah Marshel were all taken into custody at 12:19 am and transported to the White County Jail after being charged with possession of methamphetamine. In addition, Bartley was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal transportation of alcohol, possession of less than 10 grams of cannabis, and possession of cannabis paraphernalia. Marshel was additionally charged with unlawful use of property and no valid registration. All three individuals were held without bond pending an initial court hearing.
