A 39 year old Omaha man, Luther W. McPherson, and a 47 year old Evansville woman, Cindy Lou Miller, were arrested by Carmi Police Monday evening following a traffic stop for a having one headlight out. McPherson was charged with Driving While License Suspended. Miller was arrested on a White County Warrant for Battery. McPherson bonded out on scene to $250 cash. Miller was taken to the White County Jail where she bonded out on $150 cash.
