Carmi Police arrested 19 year old Macer Ours of Mt. Vernon, Indiana following a traffic stop early Wednesday morning for driving on a suspended license.
Ours was pulled over at the intersection of Main Street and Marshall Place at 1:09 am. A records check revealed that Ours’ license had been suspended, and a search of the vehicle produced a metal fitting that had been used to smoke marijuana.
Ours was transported to the White County Jail and was charged with driving on a suspended license, possession of less than 10 grams of cannabis, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was later released after posting a $150 bond.
